About the Position
Farmers Insurance District 11 is hiring a full-time Insurance Apprentice to support an established agency in Carlsbad, CA. This position offers hands-on experience in insurance sales and client service while working alongside licensed professionals in a fully operational agency environment.
As an Insurance Apprentice, you will assist in providing insurance quotes, servicing accounts, and supporting client communication, while developing the skills necessary for a career in the insurance industry.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain) required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software

- Assist in preparing insurance quotes and reviewing policy options with clients
- Contact prospective and current clients via phone, email, and in person
- Provide high-quality customer service and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and support agency operations
