Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work in-office in Marietta, GA.
  • Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Educate clients on Farmers Insurance products and recommend customized solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow your client base.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings.
