Requirements
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License and Life & Health (L&H) Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and a drive for success.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in-office in Atlanta, GA.
  • Prior sales or insurance experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Educate clients on insurance products and provide personalized coverage solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize commission potential.
  • Participate in Farmers training programs to enhance product knowledge and business skills.
