Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License and Life & Health (L&H) Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and a drive for success.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in-office in Atlanta, GA.
- Prior sales or insurance experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on insurance products and provide personalized coverage solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize commission potential.
- Participate in Farmers training programs to enhance product knowledge and business skills.
