Active Property & Casualty license strongly preferred

Previous insurance or sales experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required

Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales

Cross-sell additional products to existing clients

Follow up with leads and prospects using calls, texts, and emails
