Sales experience, preferred.
Current property, casualty, life or health license preferred, not required. Must be able to able to obtain license within 60 days of starting, paid for by Farmers Insurance Group.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance-related software
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
