Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and leadership.

2. Licensing: Active insurance licenses for property and casualty, life, and health insurance.

3. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong business acumen and a desire to build and grow your own agency.

4. Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team, and drive them towards achieving business objectives.

5. Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and company stakeholders.

7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Lead the agency's business development efforts, including prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.

2. Client Acquisition: Identify and target key market segments and develop strategies to attract and acquire new clients.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service.

4. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

5. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve agency targets.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
