• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.

• Collect and organize all necessary trailing documents.
• Manage incoming claim calls and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and provide Evidence of Insurance as needed.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in eAgent.
• Accept and process customer premium payments.
• Respond promptly to incoming phone calls.
• Stay current with underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet or exceed phone time and sales activity expectations set by management.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
