A growing, fast-paced Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Licensed Service Representative to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

* Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and account support

* Deliver excellent customer service in both English and Spanish

* Help customers understand coverage options and insurance solutions

* Process policy updates, payments, and service requests

* Build strong client relationships through proactive communication

* Support retention efforts and identify cross-sell opportunities

* Work closely with the agency team to support overall growth and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

* Active Property & Casualty license preferred

* Fluent in both English and Spanish

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

* Strong customer service skills

* Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

* Previous insurance or customer-facing experience is a plus
