We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit, high-performing team. In this role, you’ll support our clients by delivering top-tier service and assisting with essential office tasks that help keep everything running smoothly. - Hourly Pay: $7.25 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility

Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Must be detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with basic office equipment and computer systems
- Property & Casualty license is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Service and support existing client policies with care and accuracy
- Assist with sales documentation and data entry
- Answer phone calls and provide timely, friendly support
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
