Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Florida independent agency home and auto insurance.
Licensing: Must hold a 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license (If you have a 4-40 license, we will sponsor you to take the test for a 20-44).
Technical Skills: Experience with Quoterush & EzLynx is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance coverage options and the products offered by the agency’s carriers.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
