Fallon Insurance Agency is an AAA insurance agency now opening in Oshkosh, WI, focused on helping protect households throughout the Midwest with home, auto, umbrella, life, and specialty insurance solutions.
We are building a high-performance agency centered around professionalism, accountability, production, customer relationships, and long-term business growth, with the goal of becoming the #1 AAA office in the Midwest.
The SDR role is one of the most important growth positions inside the agency.
This is not a “customer service” or “order taking” role.
Our SDRs are responsible for generating qualified opportunities for licensed producers through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, relationship building, and live transfer generation.
We are looking for disciplined, competitive, high-energy professionals who are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and operating in a KPI-driven environment.
Our agency invests heavily into lead generation, marketing, systems, technology, and operational support so SDRs can focus on generating conversations and opportunities.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Previous outbound calling, SDR, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred

Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective customers
• Generate qualified live transfers for licensed producers
• Follow up with internet leads and agency prospects
• Maintain strong activity levels, follow-up discipline, and CRM documentation
• Build rapport quickly and professionally with prospects
• Accurately qualify prospects before transfer
• Maintain professionalism and energy throughout daily call activity
• Follow agency scripts, workflows, and transfer procedures
• Participate in training, coaching, accountability meetings, and call reviews
• Work toward daily and monthly KPIs for calls, transfers, and quality standards
