Fallon Insurance Agency is an AAA insurance agency now opening in Oshkosh, WI, focused on helping protect households throughout the Midwest with home, auto, umbrella, life, and specialty insurance solutions.

We are building a high-performance agency centered around professionalism, accountability, production, customer relationships, and long-term business growth, with the goal of becoming the #1 AAA office in the Midwest.

This is a performance-driven sales role built for professionals who are comfortable with outbound activity, inbound lead handling, accountability, and consistent daily production expectations.

Our producers are expected to actively build business through outbound calling, inbound lead follow-up, relationship building, referrals, cross-selling, and consistent daily activity.

We are looking for competitive, disciplined professionals who want to be part of building something exceptional.

Our agency invests heavily into lead generation, marketing, systems, and operational support so producers can stay focused on building relationships and writing business.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward producers who build complete households, strong client relationships, quality retention, referrals, life insurance production, and long-term recurring business.

This position is designed for producers who want to build long-term recurring income, not just chase short-term commissions.

This role is designed for individuals looking for:

•Base Salary + Bonuses

• Structured performance bonus system designed to reward production, complete households, memberships, referrals, life insurance production, and retention

• Top performers have the opportunity to earn $10,000-$14,000+ per month, not including recurring renewal income

• Renewal/residual income by continuing to get paid yearly on the business you previously wrote

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license required- This is a In Office Only position- **Assessment must be completed to be considered

Active Life insurance license required

• Previous insurance sales experience required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable handling both outbound and inbound sales activity daily

Responsibilities

Make consistent outbound sales calls daily to prospective customers

• Handle inbound leads and follow-up activity with speed and professionalism

• Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance products

• Build complete households through cross-selling and relationship building

• Consistently work toward monthly production, membership, referral, credit card, and life insurance goals

• Maintain strong activity levels, pipeline management, and follow-up discipline

• Generate referrals and long-term client relationships

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and sales activity tracking

• Participate in training, coaching, accountability meetings, and call reviews

• Follow agency sales systems, workflows, and quality standards

• Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service

This is a KPI-driven sales environment focused on production, retention, complete household protection, and long-term client value.
