Requirements
- You must have an active Property & Casualty license.
- You must secure non-resident licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin before your start date
- You will be required to submit a background check through Farmers
- You MUST have your own equipment, FAST internet , and a QUIET space to work on.
Candidates without an active license will not be considered. Non-resident license and Background are reimbursed on first paycheck.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Handle warm leads daily (inbound + outbound)
Quote & sell tailored coverage across P&C lines, generate life insurance referrals
Onboard new clients, cross-sell, and drive referrals
Hit $2K+ daily premium, with bonuses for $2.5K+
