• Must live in or relocate to Minnesota (Saint Paul, Duluth, Woodbury, Shakopee, and other key counties)
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or already licensed)
• Prior leadership, business, sales, or team management experience preferred
• Strong desire to build a business and lead a team
• This is not an employee position its a path to independent agency ownership with full support
