Licensing:

1. You must have an active Property & Casualty license, Life & Health license
2. If you do not hold a resident license in Minnesota or Wisconsin, you must secure non-resident licenses in both states (P&C and Life & Health) before your start date. (Will be reimbursed on your first paycheck)

Must be able to submit a background check, which gets reimbursed on the first paycheck.

What you will do:

• Handle warm leads daily (inbound + outbound)
• Quote & sell tailored coverage across P&C & Life lines
• Onboard new clients, cross-sell, and drive referrals
• Hit $2K+ daily premium, with bonuses for $2.5K+
