2+ years in short-form content creation and digital growth
Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar)
Native-level English with emotional nuance and sharp humor
Strategic and creative you get the why behind content
Comfortable owning the brand and operating with freedom
Bonus: Experience with ad creation, Meta platforms, or insurance content
What You'll Own
1. Content Strategy & Production
Take the agency owners raw voice notes, ideas, and stories and turn them into polished, high-performing short-form video content
Create 5+ vertical Reels per week (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Build our content calendar, plan campaigns, and lead all creative direction
Write scripts, captions, and overlay text that reflects a bold, no-BS brand
Stay on top of trends, formats, and emotional angles that drive engagement
2. Brand Voice & Messaging
Own the Fallon tone: real, emotional, sometimes funny, never corporate
Ensure every post builds trust and brand equity not just reach
Help the agency become the most relatable and human voice in insurance
Build hyper-local content series around MN/WI cities and life moments
3. Growth, Engagement & Ads
Post daily across all platforms using scheduling tools like Metricool
Monitor performance, double down on what works, and refine content flow
Respond to DMs/comments and route leads to our internal CRM
Assist with producing ad-ready content (reel-to-ad repurposing, local hooks)
4. Systems & Content Flywheel
Build repeatable processes for ideation creation posting
Organize content libraries, templates, and brand assets
Track analytics and give performance reports weekly
