As a Remote Insurance Sales Producer, you will start with a training salary while you get up to speed with our systems, leads, and process. Once you have met the required production benchmarks at least once within your first 90 days ($40,000 in written premium and 2 life applications in a single folio period), you will transition into our full compensation structure, which includes a higher salary and performance-based bonuses.

This role is ideal for licensed professionals looking to grow within a performance-driven, fully remote agency that provides both support and accountability.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

What Were Looking For

Licensing:

You must have an active Property & Casualty license

Life & Health license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)

If you do not hold a resident license in Minnesota or Wisconsin, you must secure non-resident licenses in both states (P&C and Life & Health) before your start date

Candidates must be fully licensed prior to their start date

You must hold, or be willing to obtain, non-resident licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin

Must be comfortable with a 10-day structured training period before quoting begins

Must be comfortable with a monthly pay schedule (not biweekly)



Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Write a minimum of $40,000 in written premium per month across all lines
  • Submit at least 2 approved life insurance applications per month
  • Master our proven sales process and follow all scripts with integrity and professionalism
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to drive consistent quoting activity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and quote activity in our CRM system
  • Participate in daily morning huddles and receive 1-on-1 weekly coaching
  • Track all KPIs daily, including quotes, calls, premiums written, and life policy submissions
  • Actively cross-sell and educate clients on the value of bundling and full protection
  • Discuss life insurance options with every qualified customer, including mortgage protection, burial, IULs, and term
  • Engage in roleplays, training sessions, and continuous improvement with leadership
  • Deliver a professional, empathetic customer experience focused on retention and referrals
  • Be available full-time, working remotely from a quiet, dedicated space without distractions
