As a Remote Insurance Sales Producer, you will start with a training salary while you get up to speed with our systems, leads, and process. Once you have met the required production benchmarks at least once within your first 90 days ($40,000 in written premium and 2 life applications in a single folio period), you will transition into our full compensation structure, which includes a higher salary and performance-based bonuses.
This role is ideal for licensed professionals looking to grow within a performance-driven, fully remote agency that provides both support and accountability.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

What Were Looking For
Licensing:
You must have an active Property & Casualty license
Life & Health license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
If you do not hold a resident license in Minnesota or Wisconsin, you must secure non-resident licenses in both states (P&C and Life & Health) before your start date
Candidates must be fully licensed prior to their start date
You must hold, or be willing to obtain, non-resident licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin
