Fallon Insurance Agency, a Farmers Premier Agency, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead a fully remote team of licensed sales agents. This non-producing leadership role is designed for experienced insurance producers who are ready to train, coach, and hold others accountable to excellence.
All candidates begin in a proving period as a licensed sales agent. Once they meet the required benchmarks, they are promoted to Sales Manager and take full ownership of the team’s performance and growth.
Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Conduct daily team huddles to review goals, activity, and accountability
Provide daily 1-on-1 coaching sessions for each agent on your team
Run our 10-day onboarding program for all new hires
Monitor CRM activity, quote volume, call time, and life insurance pivots
Review live and recorded calls for script adherence and coaching opportunities
Conduct monthly performance and goal review meetings
Enforce minimum production standards of $40,000+ per agent per month
Directly manage up to 8 licensed agents in a remote environment
Report team progress to the Agency Owner weekly
