Fallon Insurance Agency, a Farmers Premier Agency, is hiring an experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to build and manage a growing book of business focused on habitational commercial accounts (apartments, HOAs, townhome complexes, mixed-use properties, and more).

This is a fully remote, salaried position with benefits and a performance-based annual bonus. We’re looking for a self-motivated, licensed producer who knows how to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships without needing daily supervision.

We provide access to both Farmers Insurance and brokered commercial markets, weekly coaching, back-office quoting support, and all the tools you need to succeed.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance sales experience

Proven ability to prospect, present, and close commercial accounts

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Hunter mindset and goal-oriented attitude

• Proactively prospect and contact 20+ new commercial leads each month
• Book and complete 5+ quality prospect meetings per week
• Close at least 2–3 new commercial accounts per month
• Maintain an active pipeline in our CRM, including quotes and follow-ups
• Write $85,000+ in new premium each month across commercial lines
• Submit business through both Farmers and brokered markets as needed
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and documentation
• Build strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, and business owners
• Participate in weekly coaching and performance check-ins
• Identify market trends and help guide future outreach strategies
