This role offers competitive base pay between $40,000-$45,000 depending upon experience with significant earning opportunities, including bonuses. Your performance will be reviewed every six months, with salary adjustments based on results. Responsibilities
  • Build lasting client relationships by providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by selling home, auto, and life insurance policies.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, converting quotes into bound policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and policy bundling to maximize client coverage.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client service and retention.
  • Maintain compliance by following agency procedures and industry regulations.
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
