Your Role

Assist walk-in clients with tailored insurance solutions (auto, home, life).
Onboard new clients, review their coverage, and identify bundling opportunities.
Drive retention and referrals while building meaningful client relationships.

As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our agency, delivering exceptional service and contributing to our growth.
Office Management: Open and close the office daily, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Client Service: Handle all service-related tasks for clients, including billing inquiries, claims support, policy endorsements, and updates.
Sales to Walk-Ins: Assist walk-in prospects interested in new policies by identifying their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, umbrella, life, and commercial policies.
Client Onboarding: Welcome and onboard new clients, thoroughly review their coverages, and ensure they understand their policies while identifying opportunities to bundle additional policies.
⭐ Referrals & Reviews: Proactively ask for customer and commercial referrals and secure positive Google reviews to enhance the agency’s reputation.
Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage policy renewals to maintain industry-leading retention rates and address cancellations with re-quote options
