What We’re Looking For
What You’ll Do
Sales and Service:
Provide quotes, present coverage options, and sell tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Manage inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to grow your book of business.
Cross-sell additional policies, including life insurance, during the initial policy sale.
Customer Engagement:
Onboard new clients by reviewing coverage options and identifying opportunities for bundling and referrals.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Daily Performance:
Achieve a minimum of $2,000 in daily premium, with a $2,500 target for bonus eligibility.
Complete 10 quotes and 100 outbound calls daily.
Discuss life insurance with every prospect.
