Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Experience – Proven experience in warehouse operations management or a similar role.
• Organizational Skills – Strong time-management and coordination skills to maintain seamless operations.
• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed for operational support.
• Problem-Solving – A proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and resolve issues promptly.
• Technological Proficiency – Familiarity with warehouse management software and industry-related technology.
• Flexibility – Must be willing to work on-site in Waterford, Michigan (this is a non-remote position).

• Oversee and improve rental warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure quality control and maintain high service standards across all operations
• Lead, train, and inspire the operations team, fostering accountability and a positive team morale
• Work on the floor when processing needs demand
• Manage the property and facility maintenance, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace
• Identify and execute strategies for business growth and scalability
• Work closely with leadership to develop long-term operational plans
