Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field

• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state-specific regulations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate digital tools, CRMs, and quoting systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assess their insurance needs

• Provide tailored recommendations for home, auto, renters, and other P&C insurance products

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and regular communication

• Manage inbound and outbound leads and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and marketing activities

• Prepare accurate quotes and close sales while adhering to all compliance and underwriting guidelines

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market conditions in Michigan

• Utilize CRM and agency management systems to document client interactions and track pipeline activity
