Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Michigan Property & Casualty License.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales with a proven track record, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage clients and team members.

Customer Focused: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and needs of clients.

Motivated: Energetic and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Relationship Building: Capable of developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Organizational Skills: Strong capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other technology.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer solutions accordingly.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the agency’s client base.

Custom Solutions: Tailor insurance plans to meet the specific needs of customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings and bring added value to clients.

Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to resolve any client issues and update policies as needed.

Documentation: Accurately maintain client records and manage documentation for all transactions.
