Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must hold a valid Michigan Property & Casualty License
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar domain is beneficial
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Customer Focused: Ability to address customer needs and exceed their expectations
  • Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup while demonstrating responsibility and productivity

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with existing policyholders and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by educating clients on various insurance products and benefits.
  • Policy Design: Develop customized insurance plans that precisely meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring optimal coverage.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients to secure their satisfaction and loyalty to Example-Company-Name Agency.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance portfolios by offering additional coverage options that complement existing plans.
  • Industry Knowledge: Remain up-to-date with the latest insurance industry trends and regulations to provide expert advice.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
