Evolve Insurance Group is a rapidly growing, family-owned independent agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with at least 3 years of proven sales success.
This role is built for a producer who wants more control, better markets, and real income growth—not someone looking to be capped or micromanaged.
We specialize in commercial auto, trucking, small-to-mid-sized fleets, Commercial Buildings, Non-Profit Insurance, and Medical Providers with access to multiple top carriers and a strong pipeline of opportunity.
This is an excellent role for a high-producing Commercial Realtor looking for a change. Agents that are familiar with Fleets and Consultants in the House of Worship Space or Medical.
Pay: $40K-$150K plus

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Active Florida 2-20 license (P&C required)
Minimum 3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, auto, WC, etc.)
Ability to prospect and generate new business
Self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive
Prospect, quote, and close commercial lines accounts
Focus on industries such as trucking, fleets, contractors, and small businesses
Build and manage your own book of business
Conduct coverage reviews and risk assessments
Cross-sell and expand existing client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly and annual production goals
