We are looking for an Insurance Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, create insurance quotes, close new business, and cross-sell to existing clients. You will work with warm leads and do outbound prospecting. We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and a structured environment to help you grow into a top producer. • The base pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on your experience.

• 1 year of prior sales experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
