Evolve Financial is a Farmer's Agency in Orlando! Our rapidly growing operation is seeking two talented Sales professionals with ambition and passion for selling insurance over the phone and attending networking opportunities.
We offer a competitive base of 35k-44k and a competitive commission structure. Your expected total compensation is $60,000- $75,0000 annually, while top performers will exceed $90K. You must have a proven track record of sales success. This position is for ambitious people who have the desire to advance their careers while contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
· Work 15 – 30 leads/day to quote and sell auto and home insurance
· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
· Providing customers with a professional, high-value experience
· Prepare personalized insurance quotes, overcome objections, and close sales while providing extraordinary customer service
· Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
· Work with-in our proprietary CRM to build your sales funnel
· Follow up on and close your sales opportunities

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements:
· A valid 4-80/4-40/ 2-20 license or the willingness to get licensed prior to employment. (4-40 is easy to get in 4 days).
· Strong verbal and communication skills
· Ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities
· Strong written communication skills. You should be able to compose your thoughts quickly, type quickly, and have strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
· Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates
· Be able to explain the differences in the competition's products
· Great listening and closing skills
· Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude daily
· Willingness to learn and be coachable.
· A great self-starter: nobody wants to be micro-managed, and we hate doing it too!
· Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and multitask within multiple quoting systems

Experience
· Insurance sales: 1+ years (Preferred but not mandatory)
· Phone sales: 1+ years (Preferred)
