Bottom- Line
You will be an independent contractor, there is no base pay. However, we will require each agent to meet minimum premium sales each month that result in the following estimated pay schedule.
Targeted Annual Pay for the first 5 years:
$40K year 1
$48K year 2
$ 57K year 3
$67 K year 4
$76K year 5
Range in annual pay based on performance:
$40-70K year 1
$48-120K year 2-5
* The increase is due to annual profit sharing and is calculated based on company and individual performance along with pay grade annually.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 per year

Requirements:
· Ability to acquire a P&C License
· Strong verbal and communication skills
· Ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities
· Strong written communication skills. You should be able to compose your thoughts quickly, type quickly, and have strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
· Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates
· Be able to explain the differences in the competition's products
· Great listening and closing skills
· Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude daily
· Willingness to learn and be coachable.
· Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and multitask within multiple quoting systems
· Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
· Have a track record of sales success
Experience
· Insurance sales: 1+ years (Preferred)
· Phone sales: 1+ years (Preferred)
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
