What You’ll Gain

Requirements

We’re looking for motivated professionals who are competitive, coachable, and ready to grow.

• Georgia Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them

• Georgia Property & Casualty licenses or willingness to obtain them

• Goal-oriented mindset and passion for sales

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and community involvement

• Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty and Life products

• Drive new business production while cultivating long-term client relationships

• Use proven sales processes, tools, and follow-up strategies to close business and support retention

• Establish, monitor, and work toward production goals in a results-driven environment


Leadership & Career Growth

• Contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales team and office culture

• Participate in recruiting, coaching, and team development efforts as opportunities expand

• Help drive agency growth through marketing, relationship-building, and multi-line sales

• Support retention and recurring revenue through service, referrals, and account development

• Grow into increased leadership, operational, and business-development responsibilities over time
