Past Sales Experience (preferred)

Inbound Lead Handling:

Respond to inbound quote requests via phone, web, or referral and convert them into active policyholders.

Policy Reviews & Coverage Increases:

Conduct coverage reviews with existing customers to identify opportunities to increase limits, fill coverage gaps, or add endorsements.

Cross-Selling Additional Lines:

Identify and promote additional lines of insurance (e.g., home, auto, umbrella, life) to current customers who don’t carry these coverages within our office. May use discount opportunities (such as bundling home and auto) as a conversation starter to convert single-line accounts into multi-line accounts.

Quote & Sell Former Customers:

Reach out to former customer to explore opportunities to earn their business back.

Life Insurance Pivots:

Identify when a life insurance conversation is appropriate
