Our new Farmers Training Program is designed for anyone who has ever thought about entering the competitive world of insurance. This is an opportunity to be learning under one of Farmers most successful agents.
Learn how to own and operate an insurance practice from the inside out, all while being paid! This hands-on paid position is perfect for someone wanting to know the ins and outs of owning an Insurance Business. Full training is provided, from marketing, sales. staffing, customer service and insurance knowledge.
The goal of the Training Program is to prepare you to grow your own book of business and make amazing income!
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
1. Experience in sales (Not required)
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Learning about the company's products and services, and staying up to date with changes and updates to these offerings.
- Building relationships with clients and identifying their insurance needs.
- Assisting clients with insurance applications and paperwork.
- Collaborating with senior sales agents to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Meeting sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
