As a Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) at Farmers Insurance, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer service while driving sales for our insurance products. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your goal will be to ensure our customers receive superior service while identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services. This position will focus for on the sales side.

*Conduct policy reviews and offer cross-selling opportunities for additional coverage options.
*Maintain detailed client records and ensure timely follow-up on all requests.
*Collaborate with the agency team to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve agency growth objectives.
*Stay up-to-date on industry trends, policy changes, and company products.
