Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active Insurance License in the state of Texas or be willing to obtain within 30 days.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong client relationships.
Sales-driven: Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
Local Presence: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Donna, Texas.
Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable coverage options.
Sales Generation: Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Policies Management: Maintain detailed records of policies, update client information, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and changes in regulations to provide informed recommendations.
