Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Holds a P&C Insurance license, or is willing to go through the process to attain P&C license (employer covers cost of all training)
• Has prior insurance industry experience is ideal, but not required

• Support agency by processing new business applications and servicing existing policyholder policies.
• Collect complete underwriting information from walk-in/telephone prospects.
• Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes.
• Conduct claims reporting and follow-up.
• Conduct regular account reviews in an effort to improve retention and sell additional coverages (cross selling and account rounding).
• Build and maintain rapport with producers, clients, and insurance company underwriters and sales team.
• Work on individual or corporate projects that may occasionally be assigned by management.
• Maintain records on policy changes.
