Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Process-Driven: Ability to be thorough and take initiative to review the details.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong ability to build and maintain genuine client relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote duties with in-office and in-person client interactions.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential commercial clients to expand the agency’s client base and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the Agency Owner and Commercial Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Develop and deliver customized insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling to maximize client portfolios.
  • Work closely with our commercial sales team, underwriters and other team members to support clients effectively.
  • Ensure all policies and activities comply with agency standards.
