Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active GA Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one.

Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales or a related field is preferable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.

Motivation: Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies to meet different client needs and circumstances.

Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is required.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.

Sales Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities and strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

Policy Customization: Design and suggest personalized insurance plans that align with the unique requirements of each client.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty to Eric Kyer Allstate.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.

Community Engagement: Participate in community events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
