Our company, which includes a longstanding service-based organization and a newly launched tech software provider, is looking for a Corporate Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related field (CPA is a bonus) and several years of proven direct experience. The right candidate will be extremely professional, flexible, and able to handle all aspects of the controller position. This is a full-time position based in our office in Rochester, MI. 

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

SKILLS

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.
• Expertise in corporate finance.
• Experience tracking budgets and expenses.
• Skill in developing budgets.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Strong understanding of data analysis.
• Experience processing payroll and managing employee benefits.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years as a Controller.
