Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
Equity Experts is a local, hyper-growing company looking to add a driven and professional Customer Service Representative to our team. The Customer Service Representative will work with clients who have questions, concerns, or require information about the services provided by Equity Experts and provide solutions that fit those individualized situations while prioritizing the customers' needs at each step of the process. The Customer Service Representative will also serve as the interface between the client services department and the sales team at Equity Experts. By developing and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, the customer service representative will liase between the clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the client’s needs. While managing and developing client accounts, a successful Customer Service Representative will be able to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients and grow their portfolio.
Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma
- Associated Degree or BA in a Related Field is a Plus
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service
- Familiarity with condo/HOA management is a plus
- Previous experience in a law office, title agency, property management, etc.
- Will consider strong applicants with limited experience who are willing to learn skills

- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Client retention
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liase between the clients and internal sales, marketing, and relations teams
- Responsible for working with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
