We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, approachable, and ready to guide customers through an exciting car-buying journey—from first contact to keys in hand. You’ll be the friendly voice (and face) for guests who reach out from all over: social media, radio ads, TV spots, or online leads.

Competitve Pay + BONUS

Salary Range: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
  • Friendly, energetic, and positive personality
  • Strong communication skills—especially over the phone and via text/email
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and dealership tools (or quick to learn!)
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
  • A passion for helping people and making them feel at home

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Receiving inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, TV, radio, and more—and responding quickly and professionally
  • Guiding customers through the car-buying process from start to finish—answering questions, setting appointments, and connecting them with the right vehicle and financing options
  • Communicating fluently in both English and Spanish to ensure every guest feels comfortable, understood, and supported
  • Building relationships with first-time buyers, repeat customers, and everyone in between
  • Educating customers on vehicle features, promotions, warranties, and service options in a clear and friendly way
  • Following up with leads and appointments to ensure satisfaction and continued support
