We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) with at least one year of insurance experience to join our team full-time, in-office. This role is essential to our client retention and day-to-day operations, and we’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and great with people.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Texas Property & Casualty license - Required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Comfortable working full-time in our Hurst, TX office

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Handle policy changes, billing questions, payment processing, and documentation

Assist with renewals, cancellations, and claims-related communications

Maintain organized and accurate client records in our system

Provide proactive outreach to help improve client retention and satisfaction

Support agency staff with administrative and service-related tasks
