Salary Range: $48,500.00 - $52,500.00 per year

Requirements


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently as they arise during event preparation and execution.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Orleans, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

Event Planning: Coordinate and execute all aspects of events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.

Budget Management: Develop and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate financial tracking.

On-Site Coordination: Oversee the setup, running, and dismantling of events to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
