Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and solutions.

Provide detailed information about travel packages, policies, and promotions to potential and current customers.

Assist clients with booking, modification, and cancellation of travel plans while ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.

Act as a liaison between customers and travel partners, ensuring a seamless experience.

Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Promote additional services or products when relevant to enhance customer satisfaction and company growth.
