Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Experience: Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle challenges as they arise.
Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds if necessary.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with New Orleans area is a plus.
Event Setup: Assist in preparing event spaces including arranging seating, organizing materials, and setting up necessary equipment.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer their queries, and provide information about the event.
Coordination: Work closely with other event staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the event promptly and efficiently to maintain a positive guest experience.
Clean-Up: Participate in the dismantling and clean-up of the event space post-event, ensuring all equipment is returned to the designated areas.
Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines throughout the event duration.
