Transaction Processing: Process bookings, cancellations, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
Liaison Role: Act as a primary point of contact between clients and various service providers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account activities, client feedback, and service efficiency to inform strategy and improvements.
