Salary Range: $54,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.

Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Problem-Solving: Must demonstrate ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Technology: Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and call center software (e.g., CRM software).

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, possibly including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions promptly and effectively.

Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Entertainment Travel services and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and interactions into the database to maintain comprehensive customer records.

Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company targets and ensure a seamless customer service experience.
