Salary Range: $47,500.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or relevant administrative role.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude.
Dependability: A reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to timely completion of tasks.
Education: High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Schedule Management: Organize and maintain executive calendars, including setting up meetings and appointments.
Communication: Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Document Preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
File Management: Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all documents are updated and easily accessible.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
