Salary Range: $51,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in event coordination or assistance is an asset.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork: Must be a proactive team player who can also work independently.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to any issues that arise during events.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring timelines and checklists are adhered to.

Vendor Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure all logistical needs are met for each event.

On-site Support: Provide hands-on assistance during events to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.

Administrative Tasks: Handle event-related paperwork, budgeting, and post-event reports.

Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.

Creative Input: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas for event enhancement.
