Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary if experience requirements are met.

Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, ensuring all meetings, travel, and events are organized efficiently.
Communication Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Travel Coordination: Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and managing itineraries.
